Year after year, hiring employees in Poland is becoming an increasingly significant challenge. Labor costs, administrative burdens, legal requirements, and the costs of maintaining teams continue to rise. For many companies, this means making increasingly difficult decisions related to recruitment and employment stability.
At the same time, more than 8,000 employment agencies are already operating in the Polish market, while price competition continues to intensify. Paradoxically, despite rising business operating costs, the cost of cooperation with agencies often does not increase proportionally. In many cases, pressure to achieve the “lowest cost” is beginning to outweigh quality, safety, and legal compliance in employment practices. This is a concerning trend.
The labor market should be built on transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulations. Unfortunately, there are still entities that, in the pursuit of lower prices, abandon lawful employment standards, adequate employee protection, or fair terms of cooperation.
Until we as an industry begin to eliminate unfair practices and promote reliable standards, ethical and compliant companies will continue to lose to those that build their competitive advantage solely on reducing costs.
It is worth asking ourselves:
when choosing a recruitment partner, are we guided solely by price, or also by safety, quality, and responsibility?
