WHY WAS OUR AGENCY ESTABLISHED?
We are an employment agency with Ukrainian roots, created with the aim of connecting reliable workers from Ukraine with solid employers in Poland. Our history dates back to 2016, when Anna Tereszczenko and Piotr Didek came to Poland with a clea goal – to build bridges between the Ukrainian labor market and stable companies in Poland.
The beginnings were a challenge – one small office in Warsaw, close to the Central Station, where we often personally picked up employees straight from the train. We dealt not only with recruitment, but also with legalization of stay, accommodation and assistance in acclimatization. As foreigners, we had to go through a complex formal process – from registering a limited liability company to full accounting and obtaining an entry in the Register of Employment Agencies.
Today, we are an experienced partner for companies looking for reliable employees and for people who want to find legal employment in Poland. We operate based on transparent principles, taking care of both employers and employees, providing them with security, stability and professional support at every stage of cooperation.

RULES OF COOPERATION AND BENEFITS
We take over the entire employee recruitment process, effectively relieving the HR, Recruitment and HR Departments of the companies we cooperate with.
We learn about the personnel needs of our Clients, who very precisely report their demand for Employees in the Order Form, specifying the expected qualifications, experience and skills.
Every day we publish hundreds of ads on the most popular advertising portals in both Poland and Ukraine.
We conduct a 3-step recruitment process – Recruiter, Coordinator, Department Manager during which we reliably and accurately inform Candidates about the place of work and scope of duties. This minimizes employee turnover.
We take over all formalities related to the legalization of employment of Employees from Ukraine. Each person is employed and can work legally in Poland.
We sign contracts with our employees for specific hours, which means that you only pay for the hours actually worked. There are no costs for overtime, sick leave or holidays.
We send Employees for medical examinations that allow them to work in the conditions prevailing in our Clients’ workplaces. Medical examinations allowing to work above 3 meters of height or Sanitary Inspection examinations are also not a problem for us.
We conduct an initial OHS training during which we discuss the basic principles of safe work.
We delegate a Coordinator to serve each Client, whose responsibilities include introducing Employees to work, monitoring absences and managing current demand.
We provide Employees with assistance in accommodation, always looking for accommodation close to the workplace because it guarantees no lateness to work or unjustified absences.
We calculate hours worked and pay salaries to Employees. We are one of the few Agencies in Poland that pay advances to people who have trouble supporting themselves in their first month of work in Poland.
