Role overview:
A company specializing in the production and installation of fencing systems is hiring physical workers for metal component fabrication and assembly.

Responsibilities (men):

• Assembly of metal components (gates, wickets, panels);
• Welding of pipes and steel frames;
• Painting and grinding/finishing of completed structures;
• Standing work on the production floor.

Compensation:
From PLN 5,200 net per month.

Working hours:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00–15:00;
• Optional Saturday shifts (6:00–15:00);
• 30-minute break.

Work conditions:

• Shop temperature approx. +21 °C;
• Workwear and safety footwear provided by the employer.

Accommodation & transport:

• Company-arranged housing — PLN 500/month (deducted from salary);
• Company shuttle/bus provided to and from work.
