We are an Employment Agency with Ukrainian roots.
In 2016, the Management Board of our company – Anna Tereszczenko and Piotr Didek came to Poland with
a mission to create an Employment Agency that would help good Employees from Ukraine find legal work in Poland. Having access to the resources of the Ukrainian labor market, the mission of RE-CRUITER has become to establish cooperation with Polish contractors and introduce people from Ukraine looking for employment to solid, good companies that provide stable and safe working conditions.

Every day we support manufacturing, warehousing and cleaning companies in the scope of providing manual workers, operators, cleaners, maids, packers, warehouse workers. We take on all the responsibilities related to recruitment, legalization, employment, accommodation, commuting to work, medical examinations, health and safety training, work clothes. Our experienced coordinators manage work schedules and supervise attendance every day, guaranteeing no absences and lateness. Each employed person can count on our help in every professional, official or acclimatization issue in a new place of work and residence.
