How does the recruitment
process work at RE-CRUITER?
We start by understanding thecandidate’s expectations and matching them with the right job offer. We present the terms of employment, scope of duties and available locations.
During the interview, we check the candidate’s experience, skills and motivation. We explain the details of the position and answer any questions.
We handle all the documents – from signing the contract to legalizing your stay and work, if required. We make sure that the process runs smoothly and in accordance with applicable regulations.
We coordinate the employee’s arrival at the site and provide accommodation if necessary. We provide detailed information on starting work
The employee startswork according to the established schedule. The coordinator remains in constant contact, providing support if necessary, until the end of cooperation.
