9th Anniversary of Re-Cruiter

What a weekend! An unforgettable experience that will stay with us for a long time. To celebrate Re-Cruiter’s 9th birthday, our entire team headed to Hotel Narvil – and it turned out to be so much more than just a team-building trip. It was a celebration of our journey, our shared efforts, and the joy of simply being together.

We kicked things off with a conference, where each department had the opportunity to reflect on the past year. From stats and presentations to funny anecdotes – it was a powerful reminder of how much we’ve accomplished, and how everyone plays a vital role in who we are as a company. It was a moment full of pride and connection.

Then came an incredible training session led by Kinga Klejment. And we have to say — it was truly something special. Emotionally powerful, uplifting, and filled with positive energy. Kinga inspired us to look deeper, to reconnect with our purpose, and reminded us how valuable we are – not just as professionals, but as people.

And the evening? Pure fun! A movie-themed party where each team embodied a different film. Costumes, role-play, music, dancing and laughter that lasted late into the night – it was magical. Everyone gave it their all, and the result was nothing short of spectacular.

This trip reminded us how important we are to one another. That work isn’t just about tasks — it’s about people: their passion, dedication, and the heart they
bring every day. That’s what we want to continue cultivating in the year ahead – together, smiling, ready for anything.
