HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN?
ANNA TERESZCHENKO RECALLS:
“Our office was located in one room in the center of Warsaw, near the Central Station. This location was crucial, because we often picked up employees straight from the train, along with their suitcases. We started by serving industries that needed workers the most – cleaning services and construction. There were three of us, dealing with everything: from legalizing stay and signing contracts, to taking care of people arriving. We always guaranteed accommodation and support in acclimatizing to a new country.”
PIOTR DIDEK ADDS:
Piotr Didek adds: “From the very beginning we had to deal with formalities. As citizens of Ukraine we could not start a business, so we decided to start a limited liability company. Full accounting and entry into the Register of Employment Agencies in Poland were a challenge for us, but at the same time an excellent lesson in running a business in Poland.”:
